Official Rules

ELIGIBILITY: Open to U.S. residents age 25 or older. Entries must be complete to be eligible. This promotion is void where prohibited by law and where state licensing and/or registration requirements have not been met, including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Limit one entry per person, regardless of entry method. Entries must be complete to be eligible.

SPONSOR: Branson Vacation and Tourism (“Sponsor”), 1440 State Hwy 248, Suite Q Branson, MO 65616.

PRIZE: A total of four (4) winners will be selected by random electronic drawing from all eligible entries conducted by Sponsor. Each winner will receive 3 days/2 nights at a Branson hotel. Winner will also receive 4 tickets to attractions of their choosing in Branson Missouri. Transportation to and from the hotels, food and incidental expenses while on vacation, transaction fees, and any applicable occupancy taxes are not included. Total retail value of the Branson trip prize is $450. No other prize substitutions allowed. Prize is non-transferable. All amounts are represented in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

WINNING: Four winners will be selected by random electronic drawing from all eligible entries conducted by Sponsor on December 31st 2024. Winner need not be present to win. Official notice to winner will be sent by traceable method of delivery, return receipt requested. To claim the Branson trip prize, Sponsor requires that the winner or their designated legal representative call the Sponsor office. The prize must be claimed within thirty (30) days of notification. If the prize is not claimed, it will be awarded in a subsequent drawing. If prize is unclaimed by second winner it will remain unawarded. To receive the prize, winner must sign an Affidavit of Authorization and Release, including consent to use of name, photo, likeness and city and state of residence by Sponsor for the purpose of advertising, publicity and promotion without additional compensation or permission unless prohibited by law. This must be notarized.

ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning the prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received, or 1 in 10,000.

ENTERING: Sweepstakes begin Jan 1, 2024 and ends Dec 30th, 2024. To enter, eligible participants must enter by submitting a form online at this website with completed contact information. If you do not have a phone number or do not consent to the sponsor or the sponsor's affiliates reaching out to you by phone regarding winning, additional prizes, or any other promotional offers you do not need to complete this form to enter. Instead, you can enter by mailing a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Branson Vacation and Tourism, 1440 State Hwy 248, Suite Q Branson, MO 65616. Include your full name, your mailing address, birth date, and what shows and activities you would like to win. Include that you do not want our staff to reach out to you by phone or email, and that you want to be notified via a physical mailing to your physical address of any winnings. Your entry will be physically entered into our Sweepstakes, and if your name is drawn you will be notified.

GENERAL RULES: This form and the entries made on it are the exclusive property of Branson Vacation and Tourism and any use by unauthorized parties without the express consent of the sponsor is prohibited. Entrants agree to be contacted by telephone including wireless numbers if provided, email or regular mail for the purpose of promoting the sales of timeshare intervals and/or vacation packages. Entrant acknowledges that participation in this promotion supersedes any in-house, state, or federal no call list. If you do not wish to be called you can follow the instructions in the previous section titled "ENTERING," by using a physical mailing option to enter. Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to modify, terminate or suspend all or portion of this Sweepstakes should non-authorized human interference, fraud, printing errors, Internet viruses, hackers or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsors corrupt or impair administration, security, fairness or proper operation of this Sweepstakes. Facebook, Twitter, Gab, and any other social media company is not responsible for the promotion, and the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any of these entities. Sponsors assume no responsibility for lost, late or illegible entries. Sponsors are not liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from acceptance or use of Prize(s) or participation in this Sweepstakes.
